Headliner: Aseem, a standout comic based in Montreal, is known for his sharp observations and understated delivery. Having performed at venues across the city, Aseem made waves with his appearance in Just for Laughs Zoofest’s ‘Discover Series’ in 2023. Originally from India and a Marine Engineer by training, Aseem brings a unique perspective and a wealth of hilarious stories to the stage.
Host: Michelle Forrester: The evening will be hosted by Michelle Forrester, a Canadian comic and writer born in Montreal. Michelle has opened for top comics all over the country and is currently completing an MFA in Screenwriting and Story Design at TMU in Toronto. She co-created The Writers Room Sketch Show, a finalist in JFL’s Standup and Pitch Competition, and has recorded with JFL on the Montreal Originals Album "Heavy Petting Zoo." Michelle is a regular at Montreal's 3rd Floor Comedy Club and the Boustan’s across the street.
Feature Act: Zahan Khursigara: Our feature act, Zahan Khursigara, is a rising star in the comedy scene. Based in Burlington, Zahan's performances are packed with wild accents, energetic act-outs, and impeccably crafted jokes that keep audiences roaring with laughter.
Special Guest: Joseph DeBenedictus: Viral content creator, comedian and Emmy winner who brings fun and eccentricity to the stage.
